Red-lored Amazon Baby Parrot – 9 Weeks Old, Hand-Reared and Tame
We have a stunning young Red-lored Amazon parrot available, just 9 weeks old. This baby has been hand-reared from hatch, meaning it’s used to people from day one and is very tame and friendly. It’s been spoon-fed with care and attention and is used to being handled daily.
The parrot is in excellent health, with beautiful, bright feathers and a calm, curious nature. It enjoys coming out of the cage, sitting nearby, and being around people. It’s not nervous or wild like aviary birds — a perfect age and personality to build a strong bond.
It’s still on a couple of soft feeds each day, which we will provide along with advice on feeding and care. This makes the transition easy whether you're new to parrots or experienced.
The bird is closed rung (2025) for peace of mind and traceability. Red-lored Amazons are intelligent, affectionate parrots that make brilliant companions with the right attention and time.
